Avril is a French brand of organic cosmetics founded in 2012 in northern France, with a clear mission: to make certified organic cosmetics concretely accessible, without compromising on verifiable quality standards. Almost the entire range carries the Ecocert certification, which guarantees at least 95% of ingredients from natural origin and at least 10% from organic farming. Production is mainly located in France and Europe. The brand adopts a minimalist philosophy that is also reflected in its packaging choices: minimal over-packaging, recycled or recyclable materials such as cardboard, aluminum, and glass. Avril does not test on animals, neither on raw materials nor on finished products. Since 2023, the brand has joined the 1% for the Planet initiative, dedicating a portion of its revenue to environmental projects.
