NAOBAY is a Spanish brand of certified organic cosmetics, founded in Valencia in 2011 by Javier, an industrial engineer, and Cristina, a pharmacist, with the contribution of their father, an expert in cosmetic formulation. The name is a programmatic acronym: Natural And Organic, Beauty And You. The brand's identity is rooted in the Valencian territory, from which native botanical ingredients — such as chufa and rice — are sourced, making them hard to find in other formulation contexts. All ingredients used are biodegradable, the products are not tested on animals nor do they contain animal derivatives, and the packaging is designed to reduce environmental impact. In 2023, the entry of Sherpa Capital into the capital has initiated a phase of expansion into international markets.
