Humana is a German brand specialized in nutrition and care for early childhood. Humana Italia S.p.A. is part of the DMK group, one of the leading dairy groups in Europe, and has been operating in the Italian market since 1972. Its approach revolves around three declared pillars: nature, science, and care — that is, respecting the natural rhythms of the child, continuously updating to the latest nutritional and pediatric evidence, and a concrete focus on well-being during growth phases. The formulated milks are the historical heart of the production: the raw materials come from German farms that are part of the DMK group, with direct control over the entire supply chain, from milking to the finished product. The processing takes place in the two German production facilities in Herford and Strückhausen, certified according to IFS (International Food Standard) standards. The formulas are developed in collaboration with neonatologists, pediatricians, and nutritionists.
