Dusita

Parfums Dusita is an independent niche perfume house, founded in Paris in 2016 by Pissara Umavijani, known as "Ploi": a self-taught perfumer who grew up in Bangkok in an environment rich in art and literature. The brand name is derived from Buddhist-Siamese tradition: Dusita designates a celestial paradise where pure joy and inner fulfillment reign. This dual root — the great school of classic French perfumery and the aromatic heritage of Southeast Asia, made up of resins, powders, and ceremonial oils — precisely defines the olfactory identity of the house. Each fragrance is born as a tribute to the poetry of Montri Umavijani, the founder's father, whose works explored the profound sense of happiness. The compositions are developed in collaboration with a specialized manufacturer near Grasse, in the heart of French artisanal perfumery.
