Lavandin Super Bio Essential Oil
This more resistant hybrid of true lavender and lavender spike grows at low altitudes. It is grown in France, Italy and Spain. Lavandin generally has up to six times higher yields than lavender, depending on the variety.
It should be used for diffusion only in the absence of small children. It should be taken orally only on the advice of a doctor. On the skin super sink essential oil must systematically essere applied diluted.

MUSCLE CRAMPS
30 drops of super lavander essential oil + 30 drops of officinal ginger essential oil mixed with 20 ml of arnica oily macerate (traditionally found under the name "arnica vegetable oil"). Always ask your pharmacist for advice.
