Puressentiel ORGANIC Carrot Vegetable Oil 50ML

This vegetable oil is the result of the maceration of dried organic carrot roots in organic sunflower vegetable oil extracted by first cold pressing. It is a highly concentrated oily macerate with 5% carrot roots. After eliminating the macerated carrot roots and filtering the vegetable oil, ORGANIC Rosemary extract is added to protect the carotenoids present in the oily macerate from oxidation. This macerate contains numerous plant pigments (carotenoids) coming from the β-carotene present in the carrot roots. Sunflower vegetable oil is rich in vitamin E and linoleic fatty acid (about 60%). β-carotene, responsible for the orange color of the macerate, is noto for its health-promoting effect. Yellow-orange in colour, it is characterized by a subtle (oily) aroma and a taste with notes of carrot. Apparently liquid, its touch is neither dry nor viscous, which makes it very pleasant. Native to Eurasia, global carrot production is concentrated in China, the United States and Russia.
