Modo instructions for use We recommend taking 1 level scoop (7.5 g) diluted in a large glass of water (approximately 250 ml), once or twice a day at any time (from 7.5 to 15 g per day). Pour the powder into the dry glass, add the water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
