It is recommended to take 1 level scoop (7.5 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), once or twice daily at any time (7.5 to 15 g per day). Pour the powder into the dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
