It is recommended to take 1 spray (0.15 ml) one to ten times a day at any time (spray holding the bottle very close to the mouth). 10 sprays (1.5 ml) contain 18 mg of mountain pine, 18 mg of pino silvestre and 18 mg of maritime pine.
