Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag*. Withania performs a dual function: it promotes relaxation and mental well-being and counteracts excessive physical and mental tiredness.
*The beneficial effects are obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime,: 1 mg of melatonin (sleep); a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at your destination (jet-lag).
