Senna, buckthorn, mallow, cascara, barberry and rhubarb promote the regularity of intestinal transit. Fennel, peppermint, star anise and green anise are useful for promoting digestive function and theelimination of the gas intestinal.
Modo in use
It is recommended to take the herbal tea obtained with 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons (5 or 10 g) once daily at any time, suggested in the evening after dinner or before bed. Add the herbs to a cup, pour boiling water and let infuse for at least 10 minutes before straining and drinking. Close carefully after use.
