Recommended food use:
1 heaped teaspoon (about 4 g) in half a glass of water, once or twice a day at any time.
External use:
in a small saucepan, add the water in the quantity needed according to the part concerned (a glass for each spoonful of Alteavis); boil for about 10 minutes until you get a “polenta” that you have to put with a spoon on some cotton wool and apply it hot on the affected part; cover with a cloth and place the water bag on top, for 15-20 minutes; one to three times a day.
