It is recommended to take 1 or 2 gocce on the day of OE from dilute in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). External use is possible for relaxing massages by diluting appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding some gocce in aroma diffusers. 2 gocce on average they contain 87 mg of lemon eucalyptus or citriodora EO. Close carefully after use.
