Food supplement based on magnesium bisglycinate, source of magnesium in organic form with high bioavailability, in which magnesium is linked to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Enriched with vitamin B6 and selenium with an adjuvant action. Magnesium intervenes in the processes of cell division and promotes theelectrolyte balance, the protein synthesis and the normal one muscle function. With vitamin B6 it contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, supports the normal psychological functions, promotes the energy metabolism and helps to counteract the tiredness and thefatigue. Furthermore, it maintains the healthy bones and teeth, while selenium contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair and nails and promotes protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Modo in use
It is recommended to take 3 tablets once or twice daily at any time (3 to 6 tablets per day); the daily dose can be taken in one go (6 tablets). It is also fine before bedtime. Close carefully after use.
