Themyrtleit is a typical plant of Sardinia from whose flowers an essence called Acqua degli Angeli is obtained, which has propertiestoning and astringent. Myrtle essential oil is also particularly renowned for itsbalsamic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
