Usage tips
Take a comfortable position and relax. Make sure you have removed the previous hygienic protection before inserting. After washing your hands, insert the tampon gently, taking care to leave the string on the outside. Make sure you change the tampon every three hours and don't keep it longer than eight hours to avoid any risk of toxic shock syndrome.
