Place the rubber bands behind your ears. | Gently adjust the nose clamp with two fingers of each hand as shown on the sachet. Make sure your mask is in place. Once set, the mask should not be manipulated. The duration of one mask is 3-4 hours. | How to put on, use, take off a mask and what to do with used masks:| Before putting on a mask, wash your hands with soap and water or with a hydroalcoholic solution.
