step 2 - "M" - without washing off the conditioner, apply shampoo to the hair and wash the hair and scalp thoroughly with shampoo,
step 3 - "O" - rinse off the shampoo and reapply the conditioner, waiting a minimum of 2 minutes and rinsing off the conditioner with warm water, thanks to which the hair will be better enriched with nourishing and protective substances and the smoothing effect will be obtained shiny and regenerated hair.
