Skin-friendly, hygienic and easy to wear, VenoTrain ulcertec is a therapeutic sock that facilitates the healing of venous ulcers.

The understocking exerts light compression day and night, keeping the dressing in place, even while sleeping. Just like classic medical compression stockings, the knee-high supports the venous system and promotes blood circulation. The understocking is now also available in the hold-up version, for one use mirato in case of edema in the thigh. VenoTrain ulcertec therapeutic stockings for venous ulcers:

EFFECTIVE THERAPY FOR VENOUS ULCER
Varicose ulcer is the most serious form of chronic venous disease. High venous pressure, combined with insufficient supply of nutrients to the tissues, leads to the formation of chronic wounds in the lower leg. In common language it is simply called "venous ulcer".
A DOUBLE STRATEGY FOR THE TREATMENT OF WOUNDS AND VEINS
The undersock is suitable for prolonged use thanks to its skin-compatible materials. It can be worn easily over the dressing, ensuring that thisultima remains in position. The understocking exerts light compression and can also be worn at night. It is washable up to 95° and meets the highest hygiene requirements. The therapeutic knee-high is specifically designed for the treatment of venous ulcers and guarantees the benefits of classic medical compression stockings: it supports the venous system and promotes blood circulation, thus accelerating wound healing. The one-of-a-kind rhomboid knit fabric makes putting on and taking off the knee-high easier.
VenoTrain ulcertec ensures a stable positioning on the leg. Its thin material guarantees greater freedom of movement compared to common bandages and is compatible with any type of shoe, in modo completely discreet. Furthermore, as with all VenoTrain models, washing can be done without any problem in the washing machine.
Directions
- Varicose ulcer following reduction of edema (CEAP stage 6)
- Prevention of varicose ulcer recurrence (CEAP stage 5)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND CORRECT MAINTENANCE
Put on the knee-high in the morning as soon as you get up.
The presence of two undersocks inside the kit allows for easy replacement and guarantees maximum hygiene.
Before wearing the understocking, protect the wound with adequate dressing.
First position the sock correctly on the foot (toe and heel) and then progressively distribute it over the rest of the leg with the help of the appropriate gloves Bauerfeind, thus promoting correct positioning and adequate distribution of the tissue.
Remove the sock by unrolling it fromalto downward.
Wash every evening to allow the fabric to regenerate its compressive effectiveness.
For the knee-highs with diamond design, wash delicately at 30°, by hand or in the washing machine.
The white undersock can instead be washed in the washing machine up to 90° to guarantee maximum hygiene.
Avoid using dryers or other heat sources that could compromise the effectiveness of the therapeutic stocking.
