RhizoLoc is a thumb brace indicated in the presence of trauma to the thumb joint such as tears or sprains of the collateral ligaments (skier's thumb), arthrosis, rhizarthrosis, inflammatory states.
The orthosis RhizoLoc stabilizes the sellar and proximal thumb joint, adapting perfectly to the individual structure.
The Velcro tab allows you to limit the mobility of the joint based on the treatment requested.

Chi who practices winter sports knows this well: a small snag with the laces of the ski poles is enough to carry an unpleasant memory from the mountains with you for a long time. To allow the stretched apparatus and ligaments to regenerate more quickly, the joint requires stability. In fact, usually, the thumbs are stressed more than we realize.

RhizoLoc splint the thumb at the sellar and basal joint using a shapeable aluminum bracket modo personalized. In this way the affected lateral ligaments are allowed to regenerate modo optimal. Thanks to a special Velcro tab, it is possible to adjust the limitation of movement as desired, based on what is required by the therapy.
The breathable material with integrated holes allows optimal ventilation of the skin, thus avoiding sweating and itching in the thumb and wrist joint. The practical Velcro closure allows you to put on and take off the orthosis very easily using the other hand.

Washing instructions
It is possible to wash RhizoLoc by hand at 30° with liquid detergent.
Before washing, close the glass closure to avoid damaging the orthosis.
