“Long” version of the orthosis ManuLoc, ManuLoc® long is a wrist brace that also immobilizes the forearm area, ensuring greater stability.
Three long aluminum alloy splints allow you to fix the wrist in an anatomical position and extend along the entire forearm, preventing extension movements.
There targeted protection offered by the wrist brace ManuLoc® long helps relieve particularly serious symptoms and pain and supports therapy a following bruises or following removal of the cast. The orthosis protects against incorrect and painful movements, preserves the mobility of the hand and the gripping movement.

There are disorders and pathological conditions for which it is necessary to literally avoid any movement of the wrist joint, in order to relieve pain and speed up the healing process. At the end of the plaster treatment, for example, it may be appropriate to guarantee greater stability to the joint using an orthosis. With ManuLoc long it is possible to stabilize the wrist without limiting the mobility of the fingers.
ManuLoc long, with its three extra-long anatomical aluminum ribs, makes any movement of the carpal joint practically impossible. Fingers and thumb remain free to move, allowing the hand to perform most gripping movements without limitations.
The intermediate openings and ventilation holes allow correct transpiration of the skin and wounds, speeding up the healing process. Wide Velcro fasteners allow for easy on and off ManuLoc long with one hand. Practical stoppers prevent the straps from slipping out of their respective buckles.
