Sprains, ligament strains, ruptures: athletes, but not only, could write a poem on how quickly the ankle joint can become a source of insecurity. A solution may be surgery. In any case it is necessary to return to strengthening the stabilization muscles as quickly as possible.
The anklet MalleoTrain Plus improves sensorial motor skills: it helps to optimize the control of the muscles and consequently of the movements. Thanks to the Train knitted fabric, which is well-fitting but elastic, it exerts a differentiated pressure massage during movement. By applying light pressure to the right points, the pads simultaneously relieve pain. They also transmit the pressure generated by the Train knit fabric from the ankles to the surrounding soft tissues, an action that helps reduce swelling.
A further contribution to stability and safety is provided by a two-gradation system of straps with different elasticity. The anklet thus prevents new twists. Product care instructions
MalleoTrain it can be machine washed at 30° with liquid detergent (spin: at maximum 500 revolution per minute).
Dry the brace in the air and away from heat sources to avoid damaging the fabric. It is recommended not to use dryers which could damage the compression fabric.
Wash frequently modo that the compression of the tissue remains unchanged.
