The knee brace GenuTrain S with lateral joint splints supports the knee joint in case of increased instability, arthritis or gonarthrosis.
The lateral joint splints, which can be heated and reshaped to perfectly fit your anatomy, constitute a safe driving for joint movements. The integrated ring-shaped viscoelastic insert wraps around the kneecap, while the combined effect of the knitted fabric and the pad provides a massage to intermittent compression which activates the muscles and accelerates the healing process. The combination of joint splints and the strap system gives the knee joint more support modo passive.

Safe driving with a delicate massaging action
Chronic or acute injuries of the ligament system, but also alterations of the joint such as arthrosis can lead to knee instability. GenuTrain S stabilizes the joint and activates the muscles at the same time, promoting greater mobility. The kneecap is delicately wrapped by a functional viscoelastic insert that keeps it firmly in position.
The lateral joint splints guide the knee ensuring further protection against unwanted movements. Straps at the thigh and lower leg ensure a stable and secure fit.
Greater stability in movement and fit more quickly
With every movement, the special Train knitted fabric by GenuTrain S develops a differentiated pressure and compressive massage with high medical effectiveness. All this activates the stabilization muscles of the leg, improving coordination and at the same time promoting metabolism. This in turn favors the reduction of swelling with a consequent reduction in pain: this will allow the knee to recover when moving and stimulate the development of the muscles.
The stabilizing element of the brace is made up of the lateral splints with joints. The latter ensure both passive stabilization and active muscle stabilization thanks to the compressive knitted fabric. It is this feature that distinguishes it from other knee braces or conventional rigid elements.

Product care instructions
Remove the Velcro straps. Close the ends with Velcro on the straps to avoid damage. Extract the joint splints from the appropriate pockets by sliding them towardsalto. Wash the brace separately with a liquid detergent and a gentle cycle at 30°C (max 500 rpm). Wash GenuTrain S frequently in modo that the compressive efficacy of the fabric remains unchanged.
Never expose GenuTrain S to direct heat (e.g. radiators, sunlight, car storage). The fabric could deteriorate, compromising the effectiveness of the product.
When the knee brace is dry, insert the joint splints back into the appropriate pockets from thealto, following the indication. The splints must point towards the posterior region of the knee. Attach the straps to the eyelets of the slats.
