The fan-shaped plantar nucleus progressively relieves pressure on the inflamed part with each step. The incision on the core exerts an unloading action on the heel with each step. The particular structure of the footbed relieves the plantar fascia and inflamed muscle tissues that cause heel pain. Duration
The resistant and high-quality materials make this insole absolutely functional even in case of prolonged use. Obviously a lot also depends on the load to which the insole is subjected. It is advisable to regularly check the characteristics of the insole and plan to replace it after approximately six months of continuous use.
