Wash hands thoroughly before use. If stored in the fridge or at temperatures below 10°, it is advisable to warm the tube for a few minutes in your hands to allow for optimal delivery.
During pregnancy: from the 32nd week of gestation, apply a small amount of oil daily to the nipple and areola and massage. Continue with stretching and rotation exercises (see leaflet). While breastfeeding: apply a small amount of product by massaging in circular motions, as needed. It is not necessary to cleanse the treated part as the product is safe for the newborn if ingested.
