Returns and Refunds

Onebioshop accepts returns from all countries from which the customer made the purchase.

For a return to be possible, the product must be in the same condition New
(products sealed in the original packaging and products never used).

You can open the return procedure within 14 days from receipt of the goods the customer.

In case of change of mind (It applies when the customer has purchased the wrong product, the wrong size or in case of change of mind) the Customer can return the products to Your expenses and it's Yours is the responsibility when producing the return label.

You are also responsible for their integrity upon arrival at our logistics headquarters.

Once the goods arrive, they will be checked and refunded using the same payment method, net of any costs to import them.
In case of discrepancies the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

 within 14 days of receiving the goods, the return is a burden of the company and the customer won't pay no cost.

A prepaid label will be sent with download/print methods for returning the goods.

None will be applied restocking fee.

The crediting time will depend on the operator used:

Credit Card Circuit (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express..) 2/5 working days

Paypal circuit 5/7 working days.

For Shipments sent and for any reason refused or not collected in time at the collection points beyond the permitted period, only the cost of the products will be refunded, net of shipping costs, any customs storage costs and import costs for the return of the package to the office.

This platform allows consumers to submit complaints related to online purchases with the possibility of reaching an out-of-court settlement.
