Onebioshop accepts returns from all countries from which the customer made the purchase.
For a return to be possible, the product must be in the same condition New
(products sealed in the original packaging and products never used).
You can open the return procedure within 14 days from receipt of the goods the customer.
In case of change of mind (It applies when the customer has purchased the wrong product, the wrong size or in case of change of mind) the Customer can return the products to Your expenses and it's Yours is the responsibility when producing the return label.
