Essential oils are not soluble in water, so it is essential to mix them with una suitable base before pouring them into the bath water. | BATH TIPS: Mix 5-10 gocce of essential oils (depending on the size of the tub) to 2 caps of neutral base.| FOR A FOOT BATH OR HAND BATH: Mix 4 gocce of essential oils to 1 capful of neutral base.| FOR THE SHOWER: Mix 3 gocce of essential oils to 2 neutral base caps to make an aromatic shower gel. | Precautions for use: Do not use essential oils that irritate the skin.
