Waam

WAAM — an acronym for We Are All Metis — is a French natural cosmetics brand founded in 2016. Behind the name lies the desire of its founder, Dieynaba Ndoye, to rediscover simple, raw, and transparent ingredients, drawing from beauty rituals of diverse cultures developed over a lifetime spent across three different continents. Production takes place entirely in France, in a workshop located in Île-de-France, and the entire range is strictly vegan and not tested on animals. The brand has built its own blacklist of substances that are excluded from formulations — including mineral oils, silicones, phthalates, and phenoxyethanol — and prioritizes fair trade in the selection of raw material suppliers, chosen from their countries of origin. The bottles are made from recycled and recyclable PET.
