It is precisely Noreva's dermatological expertise — present in over 60 countries with a range dedicated to dermocosmetics — that distinguishes Elcéa in the landscape of at-home hair dyes: each formulation is developed with scientific rigor applied to the hair ecosystem. Elcéa dyes are produced in France, free from ammonia, resorcinol, and parabens, and formulated with up to 90% natural origin ingredients, including hibiscus milk as the characteristic ingredient of the line.
