Anfas is a niche fragrance house born in the United Arab Emirates, founded by Asim Al Qassim, an architect by training and the first certified perfumer from the Emirates. The brand name derives from Arabic and translates to “breath” or “whiff”: a statement of intent that places perfume at the center of a deep sensory experience, capable of evoking memory, hospitality, and culture. The olfactory construction of the fragrances has also been contributed to by the French “nose” Christian Carbonnel, who worked alongside the founder to translate Eastern tradition into a contemporary and international language.
