Uberti Psyllium Biondo (tegument) 300g

The blond psyllium (Plantago ovata), also called Pink Plantain, or Isabgol (Ispaghul), is primarily native to India, but is also found in Pakistan and Iran. We use the seed kernel (the envelope surrounding the seed). Psyllium husk is naturally rich in fiber and helps facilitate intestinal transit. It promotes healthy bowel movements and controls cholesterol and lipid levels in the blood. It also helps regulate stool (temporary constipation, liquidity, and appearance).
