This vegetable oil is obtained from a first cold pressing of ORGANIC hazelnut kernels. It contains vitamin E and is extremely rich in oleic acid from the oleic acid family omega 9 (about 80%). Yellow in colour, it is characterized by its subtle and delicious aroma, and its taste with hints of hazelnut. With an oily liquid appearance, its dry and soft touch allows it to be very penetrating. The hazelnut is the edible fruit of the hazelnut, it contains a single stone (seed) and is generally grouped in "trochets" clusters of two or three fruits. Originally from Europe, the hazelnut found its place in Turkey, which became its main producing country. The hazelnut produces starting from the 5th year and reaches its optimal capacity starting from the 8th year.
