Modo in use
It is recommended to take 5 level scoops (25 g) dissolved or blended in at least 250 ml of water, once or twice per day (25 to 50 g per day); suggested at any time as a nutritional supplement for everyone, or immediately after exercise to replenish. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
