It is recommended to take half a scoop (2.35 g) dissolved in water, once or twice per day at any time (from 2.35 to 4.7 g per day corresponding to a level measuring spoon); suggested on an empty stomach or before meals. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. It can also be used to prepare yogurt, using 1 measuring spoon in half a liter of milk to be placed in a warm place for about 24 hours and then stored in the refrigerator. Measuring spoon included in the package. Close carefully after use.
